As a Talent Acquisition Advisor within UL’s Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, you will play a key role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process in close collaboration with hiring managers, HR partners, and fellow TA professionals. Your focus will be on proactively identifying and engaging innovative, collaborative, and knowledgeable talent across the U.S. and occasionally internationally.
You’ll guide candidates through each stage of the hiring journey, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience. As a subject matter expert in recruitment strategy, candidate engagement, and pipeline development, you’ll leverage your deep understanding of hiring needs to connect top talent with roles where they can thrive.
This hybrid role is based in Northbrook, Illinois, with an expectation of working onsite three days per week.
Your primary focus will be recruiting for Corporate functions, including Finance, Accounting, Administration, and Legal.
Your day will focus on the following initiatives:
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $62,700 to $83,600 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
