About Us

Pure Data Centres is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People & Culture team. This is a newly created role, giving you the chance to shape recruitment operations and make a real impact on how we attract and hire great talent.

You’ll be hands-on across the full recruitment cycle: coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment data, and supporting hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience. Beyond this, you’ll also get involved in projects that enhance our employer brand, drive diversity and inclusion, and strengthen our talent programmes.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing
• Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing and interviews to offers and onboarding
• Supporting hiring managers to identify and secure high-quality candidates
• Managing recruitment data, trackers, and reports to ensure accuracy and visibility
• Helping deliver employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
• Championing inclusive hiring practices and supporting outreach to diverse talent pools
• Partnering with the wider People & Culture team on onboarding, internal mobility, and strategic projects

 

What we’re looking for
• Experience in a similar recruitment or talent acquisition support role
• Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, approachable manner
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling recruitment data and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS (Oracle experience a plus)
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across teams
• A genuine interest in diversity, inclusion, and improving candidate experience
