Location: Winchester (Hybrid working) 

Hours:  35 hours, with flexibility available including part-time or term-time working arrangements 

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 FTE per annum dependant on experience 

Contract: Permanent

What You’ll Do: 

Talent Acquisition Advisor 

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis. 

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting hiring managers across Brendoncare to attract and secure high-quality talent while delivering a positive and professional candidate experience. 

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, coordinating interviews, issuing offers, and overseeing pre-employment checks (including DBS). You’ll ensure candidates are engaged and well-informed throughout the process. 

Working closely with hiring managers, you will provide guidance and support to ensure an efficient, consistent, and high-quality approach to hiring across the organisation. 

You will also maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting, using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines effectively and ensure compliance across all stages.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across the organisation 

  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate conversations 

  • Coordinate and support interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers 

  • Issue offers and oversees pre-employment checks, including DBS 

  • Maintain and update the ATS, ensuring accurate candidate tracking and reporting 

  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers to support effective hiring decisions 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Experience in an in-house recruitment or talent acquisition role 

  • Confident managing candidate pipelines across an ATS and wider recruitment systems, including during system upgrades 

  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering a great candidate experience 

  • A collaborative, proactive approach to working with stakeholders 

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required due to travel between sites
