Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition & Administrator Specialist FTC 9 Months to be based in London, UK.

As a Talent Acquisition & HR Administrator, you’ll be right at the heart of our people strategy. You’ll help us find brilliant talent, make the hiring and onboarding process seamless, and ensure every candidate and employee has a great experience. From recruiting across Experienced and Emerging Talent programmes to building the foundations of our HR processes, you’ll play a key role in making sure things run smoothly, efficiently, and inclusively.

Job Description

Recruitment from Start to Finish

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing to offer, across Experienced and Emerging Talent programmes (Interns, Graduates, Apprentices, Flight School participants).
You’ll proactively source talent, screen candidates and conduct interviews.
You’ll keep SmartRecruiter up to date and recruitment records accurate.
You’ll track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline health.
You’ll manage the PSL and recruitment budget effectively.

Creating a Great Candidate Experience

You’ll ensure every candidate feels valued, informed, and respected regardless of outcome.
You’ll bring our employer brand to life throughout the recruitment journey.
You’ll communicate with candidates in a clear, timely, and warm manner.
You’ll keep an eye on external hiring trends and bring insights back to the team.

Working with Hiring Managers

You’ll build trusted relationships and advise them on best practices and market insights.
You’ll coach them on interview approaches and inclusive hiring.
You’ll support them in making fair and well-informed hiring decisions.

Building Foundational People Processes

You’ll work with key People team members to design and implement standardised HR templates and contracts.
You’ll develop scalable, compliant HR processes that improve efficiency and reduce risk.

Onboarding & Training

You’ll coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and impactful experience.
You’ll support delivery of development programmes and liaise with providers and facilitators.
You’ll assist in completing the Training Needs Analysis and track training outcomes.
You’ll manage training logistics: booking, invites, attendance tracking, and maintaining records in My Wings and trackers.
You’ll support identification and management of cost-effective, high-quality training vendors.

Benefits Administration

You’ll input monthly benefits data into payroll.
You’ll partner with the Benefits and Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
You’ll support employees with benefits-related queries and enrolment processes.

General HR Administration

You’ll draft and issue contracts, onboarding documents, and complete right-to-work checks.
You’ll maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and shared systems.
You’ll handle general HR queries, escalating more complex issues as needed.
You’ll support data collation for reporting on attrition, onboarding effectiveness, and training outcomes.
You’ll keep templates and process documentation accurate, compliant, and up to date.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an HR administrative, coordination or recruitment role (in-house or agency).
Strong organisation and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Confident communicator who can build trust quickly and collaborate effectively with colleagues, candidates, and hiring managers.
Comfortable using MS Office, HRIS platforms, and recruitment systems (e.g. SmartRecruiter); strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets.
A data-informed mindset, able to track progress, analyse trends and translate insights for different audiences.
Experience in direct sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn) and confident managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
A curious, detail-oriented approach with a passion for improving processes and problem-solving.
