Job Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Admin has established administrative skills with exposure to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to perform various day-to-day activities. The Talent Acquisition Admin can recognize and solve Talent Acquisition problems with moderate supervisory approval. They are tasked with evaluating and selecting solutions from established options. Their work directly impacts their team through the quality of the services or information provided.



Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Work with HR/Recruitment systems such as ORC
  • Address all requests from the business regarding the ATS
  • Participation in ad-hoc projects
  • Produce weekly reports using Excel
  • Answer routine questions on procedures within the ATS
  • Become an admin process expert
  • Liaising with local and global TA partners with requested information


Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred Β 
  • 0-1 year of administrative experience required
  • Sound administrative experience and good keyboard skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel
