Brooks is seeking a highly driven, strategic, and relationship-focused Strategic Technical Recruiter to support our continued growth with an emphasis on the Building Technologies Division.
This is not a recruiter who simply posts jobs and waits for applicants. We are seeking a hands-on talent acquisition leader who can personally source, recruit, and fill critical positions while also developing the long-term talent strategies needed to support Brooks' growth. This role combines full-cycle recruiting with workforce planning, talent pipeline development, employer branding, and recruiting analytics. Working closely with executive leadership, the Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager will influence hiring strategy, build sustainable talent pipelines, lead recruiting operations, and play a key role in supporting Brooks' continued expansion.
We are looking for a talent hunter who can identify, attract, and engage top performers before they enter the job market. This individual will partner closely with operations, sales, marketing, and leadership to develop recruiting strategies that fuel our expansion into key growth markets including Tampa, Orlando, and West Palm Beach.
The successful candidate will help establish Brooks as an employer of choice within building automation, controls, HVAC, engineering, and adjacent technical industries while creating long-term talent pipelines that support organizational growth.
