Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for researching, developing and implementing recruitment strategies to successfully attract and hire a diverse pool of qualified internal and external candidates in a timely manner. This will include driving recruitment strategy, sourcing tactics and building a candidate pipeline. The incumbent will collect and present recruitment metrics monthly and conduct root cause analysis driving internal change based on conclusions.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties
- Responsible for actively recruiting qualified diverse candidates, at all levels, through various resources and participate in networking opportunities to create an image as the employer of choice in the community.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand open positions and essential functions of the role to specify selection criteria for candidates, driving a positive hiring manager experience.
- Creatively source for open roles, using varied channels which can include multiple job boards, colleges and universities, job fairs, social media and employee referrals to build a capable candidate pool.
- Drive creative solutions to keep a pipeline of candidates.
- Responsible for creating a positive candidate experience from phone screen through interview and onboarding process.
- Responsible for assessing the recruiting sources to determine effectiveness in attracting top level diverse talent and implement data driven change.
- Collect and analyze recruitment data to present on the monthly HR Scorecard. Deliver analysis on data to create action plans to drive strategic change for organization improvement.
- Responsible for working directly with leadership to establish metrics and standards to assess the performance of the recruiting team.
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the NMLS process and procedures and ensuring processes are compliant with the national NMLS legislation.
- Responsible for assisting with Human Resources projects as assigned.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as necessary for the continued growth and advancement of the Credit Union.

Minimum Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Business or HR/Organizational Development, or equivalent work experience
- 3 yearsβ experience working in Human Resources
- 2 or more years of full life cycle recruiting experience
