What will you be doing:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in driving high-impact recruitment strategies across the organization. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for designated critical roles and positions at the management level and above.

The Senior Partner delivers a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience, while championing the organization’s employer brand and maintaining a deep understanding of healthcare-specific market dynamics.

What will you need to be successful in the role:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 3+ years in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience managing and organizing hiring events, job fairs, and targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Knowledge of AHCA, DBPR, and other healthcare compliance regulations.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume and high-complexity requisition load.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Listens attentively and with empathy
  • Works well in a team environment and collaborates effectively with others
  • Self-motivated and demonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment prioritizing organizational needs

  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
