ABOUT THIS ROLE:
 

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focuses on proactively identifying and developing a pipeline of candidates utilizing multiple strategies including online databases, social media sites, community partnerships, and networking.  The ideal candidate will bring energy and expertise to the team and support the organization in developing the best hiring strategies across all business units.

 
WHAT YOU'LL DO: 
  • Source potential and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, extensive name generation research and relationship building.
  • Continually expand network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events.
  • Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging by clearly articulating the US Eye value proposition. 
  • Management of sourcing candidates for various health care and leadership roles, from initial screening through to successful onboarding.
  • Build relationships with HR partners and internal stakeholders to create a consolidated, strategic, and efficient view on hiring needs.
  • Operate as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of the various role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Conduct talent mapping and research to identify the competitive landscape for key roles. 
  • Develop a pipeline of talent for current roles and future hiring needs.
  • Organize and execute all aspects of provider recruitment and retention efforts. Develop retention plans that will pro-actively respond to new provider satisfaction, acclimation to US Eye, and community assimilation. 
  • Work closely with the hiring teams to provide recruitment counsel and guidance.
  • Effectively and efficiently perform all related activities to include sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and negotiating offers for both internal and external candidates.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned. 
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required.
  • At least two years of healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong research and candidate generation skills.
  • Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing new techniques and skills.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
  • This is a full-time position located in Sarasota, FL (Onsite).
  • Travel to other locations as necessary. 
  • Occasional remote work may be available from time-to-time
