Pella Corporation has an opportunity for a Campus Recruiter to join our dynamic University Relations team. In this role, you will report directly to the Manager, University Relations and be responsible to develop and execute our campus recruiting strategy and focus on hiring top early career talent across all divisions and locations. A strong emphasis on both internal and external partnerships is key.
As a Campus Recruiter, you’ll establish deep partnerships with selected schools including but not limited to career services and program faculty, plan and attend recruiting events, organize 100+ business leaders who attend campus events each semester, conduct campus interviews, and make selection recommendations. In addition, you’ll analyze campus recruiting metrics to determine ROI on campus initiatives. And, you’ll manage our Intern/Co-op program with an emphasis on an irresistible internship experience that will help us build our early career pipeline.
In addition to campus activities, this position leads the recruitment efforts for all intern/co-op positions and entry-level college hire positions throughout the organization as well as manages all corporate campus sponsorships and events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders on college campuses that directly meet the needs of Pella Corporation's campus recruiting strategy.
- Recruits entry-level talent that develops a diverse pipeline of future leaders across Pella Corporation.
- Manages and coordinates the internship experience for Pella Corporation.
- Tracks the ROI of campus efforts to ensure the campus recruiting needs of the business are met efficiently.
- Serves as a key point of contact throughout the business for inquiries, projects, and needs for early career talent.
- Ensures marketing materials are prepared, relevant, and effective for the respective campus audiences.
- Coordinates and develops plan for career fairs, classroom engagements, and capstone projects in the business.
- Owns posting processes and company pages across university platforms and job boards.
- Stays current on emerging trends and technologies to continually elevate our ability to build a talent advantage.
- Writes, posts and manages job postings externally through various external recruiting media.
- Prioritizes candidate experience and provides timely candidate correspondence through all stages of the hiring process, including notifications to those interviewed and not selected.
- Effectively communicates with all stakeholders throughout the sourcing and hiring process, keeping them informed on all aspects of the hiring process.
- Responsible for continuous process improvement and related document maintenance.
- Conducts regular business reviews with key leaders throughout the business to discuss needs, challenges, opportunities and wins in regards to campus recruiting.
TRAVEL
Minimal travel, with heavy travel (90%) of time during campus career fair season (Spring and Fall).

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.S., B.A.) from four-year college or university; with three years of experience in campus recruiting required.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Applicant Tracking System (Oracle), Artificial Intelligence. Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) experience a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices including sourcing top talent to meet business needs
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition systems and online platforms such as LinkedIn, Handshake, Glassdoor and Indeed
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with faculty, candidates, hiring managers, vendors, and other key stakeholders
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational, time management and project management skills
- Knowledge of effective total compensation and benefits, and ability to articulate offers with confidence
