As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role is to find the builders, the innovators, and the disruptors of Naboo.
You will be responsible for recruiting 20 to 30 people in management and leadership roles over the next 12 months across all teams (AE, AM, Operations, Product, Tech…) across all offices in Europe, North America and Asia.
Your mission is to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and ensure that every candidate—whether hired or not—walks away from the Naboo interview process feeling respected, challenged, and inspired.
Strategic Hunting
You own the end-to-end hiring process for mid-to-senior level roles. From taking the initial brief to negotiating the final complex compensation package
You don’t wait for applicants. You will build talent pipelines for our hardest-to-fill roles (e.g., US Country Managers, Senior Engineers, GDS Flight Experts) using advanced sourcing techniques
You play a critical role in staffing our new offices in London and New York, adapting your sourcing strategies to local market dynamics
Stakeholder Advising
You are not an order-taker. You will challenge Hiring Managers on their scorecards, guide them on market realities, and ensure they are making objective, data-driven hiring decisions
You are the guardian of the Naboo culture. You ensure that as we grow fast, we never lower our standards
You work with the Leadership Team to ensure our employer brand attracts candidates who align with our values of high performance and pragmatism
Operational Excellence & AI
You continuously refine our interview processes to reduce “Time-to-Hire” without sacrificing quality
You leverage AI tools and modern ATS workflows (e.g., advanced prompting for market mapping, automating scheduling) to eliminate administrative friction so you can focus on human connection
You track your funnel metrics (conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, sourcing ROI) and present them in weekly leadership meetings
We are building the People team of tomorrow. As one of our foundational TA hires post-Series B, this role is designed to be a stepping stone. Success here opens the door to rapid career progression—whether evolving into a TA Lead/Manager role, transitioning into an HR Business Partner (HRBP) position, or taking ownership of the talent strategy for entirely new global markets.
Competitive package : €55K to €65K depending on experience
