Key Responsibilities

• Lead Recruitment Processes: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various departments.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Use innovative headhunting strategies and recruitment methods to identify top-tier talent across various disciplines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future business needs.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring clear communication and professional interactions throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 6+ years recruiting and/or Human Resources background.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
