Role: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Client: Defense-Aerospace
Hourly Rate: up to $64/hr W2, non-benefited  
Length: Long-term  
Location: Remote
Clearance: Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
 
Description: 
  • Develop and administer staffing and recruiting programs
  • Manage the recruiting process using iCims, ensuring compliance with laws
  • Create and share reports on recruiting efforts
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to document job requirements
  • Source and attract qualified candidates
  • Pre-screen resumes, interview candidates, and conduct reference checks
  • Negotiate new hire compensation packages
  • Conduct employment background checks
  • Coordinate employment advertising campaigns
  • Support college recruiting and career development programs
  • Ensure staffing initiatives align with business goals
  • Stay updated on EEO, ADA, and compliance requirements
  • Travel as needed

  • Strong experience in recruiting and staffing
  • Knowledge and experience using AI to support the recruiting life cycle
  • Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle complex issues and apply new information quickly
  • Excellent networking and communication skills
  • Initiative and independent judgment in assignments
  • Subject matter expertise in one discipline and developing knowledge in adjacent fields
 
 
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
