About the Role:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for professional, technical, and hard-to-fill positions across the organization. This role develops sourcing strategies, supports recruiting process improvements, and provides guidance on recruiting best practices while ensuring an efficient and compliant hiring process. The position serves as a subject matter expert for recruiting processes, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition systems. Performs work under minimal supervision.
What You’ll Do:
Owns full-cycle recruitment activities for professional, technical, and hard-to-fill positions
Develops and executes advanced sourcing strategies for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions
Provides consultative support to hiring managers on recruiting market trends, candidate strategies, and difficult-to-fill positions
Conducts candidate screening, interviewing, and selection coordination activities
Serves as a subject matter expert for recruiting systems, sourcing methods, and talent acquisition processes
Analyzes recruiting metrics, labor market trends, and sourcing effectiveness to recommend process improvements and support workforce planning initiatives
Coordinates recruitment marketing campaigns, networking initiatives, and recruiting events
Maintains compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures
Builds and maintains candidate pipelines for critical business functions
Evaluates and recommends process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
Partners and coordinates with the Human Resources Business Partners throughout the interview, selection, and onboarding process.
Provides guidance and informal mentorship to Talent Acquisition teammates on sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, and candidate engagement best practices
Supports diversity recruiting initiatives, college recruiting programs, and strategic sourcing efforts
Assists with vendor relationships, recruiting tools, and external recruiting resources
