Position Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist owns full-cycle recruiting for clinical and leadership roles across the organization, with a primary focus on dentists, hygienists, and dental office managers. This role requires strong execution discipline, independent ownership of requisitions, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment.
This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, anticipate challenges, and close hiring loops without constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and leadership roles, from intake through onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers and the Chief Operations Officer to clarify hiring priorities, timelines, and decision criteria
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, dental associations, and direct outreach
- Conduct screening calls, interviews, and reference checks to evaluate qualifications and fit
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide clear, documented status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues when needed
- Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company hiring policies
- Represent the organization at job fairs, dental school events, and networking functions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 3β5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or dental services
- Proven ability to manage recruiting workflows independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational discipline and reliability; consistently meets commitments and deadlines
- Experience filling specialized or hard-to-fill roles
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple active requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Bonus / Incentive Pay Structure
To reward performance and successful placements, bonus compensation may include:
Per-Hire Bonus (paid after 90 days of employment):
- Dentists: $1,500 per successful hire
- Hygienists: $750 per successful hire
Quarterly Performance Bonus:
- Based on achieving or exceeding quarterly hiring goals
Bonus eligibility requires adherence to internal recruiting processes, documentation standards, and active employment at the time of payout.
