Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is seeking a motivated and personable Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-house recruiting team in Guilford, CT. As our fleet continues to grow, so does our need for top-tier talent across a range of hospitality and maritime roles. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates who are passionate about travel and service.
You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating hiring decisions — all while providing a positive candidate experience and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:
- You’ll prepare compelling job descriptions and recruiting campaigns, leveraging technology to optimize results from job boards and social media to engage active and passive job seekers and encourage them to join our award winning team. This position works closely with senior management to develop recruiting strategies to further the Company’s growth strategy.
- Develop full cycle recruiting campaigns.
- Utilize and maintain information in Applicant Tracking System (Paycor).
- Leverage online recruiting techniques and tools.
- Write compelling job postings to attract top quality talent.
- Recruit, pre-screen, schedule interviews, interview and make hiring recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, plus 5 years of relevant experience.
- Engaging and persuasive personality.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Understand the use of search algorithms, organic search results, AdWords and pay per click advertising.
- Familiarity with employment laws, policies and trends.
- Experience with high volume recruiting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency.
