Tasks
- Proactively source, attract and select top talent — both seasoned professionals and recent graduates — for our French IT, Finance and Digital Services teams, ensuring the perfect fit for every role
- Establish new and enforce existing collaborations with Top Universities and strengthen our campus recruiting
- Partner with internal stakeholders and Hiring Managers to fully understand requirements and identify the ideal candidates
- Provide expert guidance on the French talent market, devising and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract the right candidates
- Lead candidates through the entire recruitment journey, from initial interview (in-person or virtual) to final offer, ensuring a seamless experience
- Advise senior partners and board members on a broad range of recruitment topics, offering insights into the candidate market and recommending practical solutions

Qualifications
- You bring a solid academic background, holding a Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Economics or a related discipline
- With your more than five years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition—especially within IT/Technology in France—demonstrate your expertise and commitment
- You have a proven track record in headhunting and engaging passive candidates, showcasing your resourcefulness
- You are adept at mentoring and coaching junior recruiters, helping others grow and succeed
- Your familiarity with essential tools (such as MS Office) ensures you work efficiently and collaboratively
- Your communicate fluently in both English and French, allowing you to connect with colleagues and candidates from diverse backgrounds
