The team 
Our Group People & Culture team (P&C) is the heartbeat of Heimstaden's corporate culture, responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering an environment that supports our employees' growth and development.  
As part of our team, you will be in a team of seven Group professionals and report to Chief People, Culture and Organizational Transformation Officer. 
 
The team is spread between Copenhagen, Oslo, and Malmö. Additionally, we work closely with our wider local P&C teams across NL, DE, DK, SE, NO, and CZ.  
 
While this full-time position will be based in Copenhagen office, one of your key markets will be recruiting for positions in Germany. You will also be involved in recruitments in other markets and corporate functions and partner closely with the local hiring managers, to understand needs and shape recruitment strategies.

Job Description

Join us as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist 
Your responsibilities will include: 

  • You will also be involved in recruitments in other markets and corporate functions and Partner closely with the local hiring managers, to understand needs and shape recruitment strategies.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end recruiting processes 

  • 60% recruiting corporate and specialist roles, 40% operational roles. 

  • Creation of job advertisements and publication in the relevant channels 

  • Planning and management of talent acquisition projects in the social media sector 

  • Management and participation in our activities for the recruitment of young talent and in the field of training 

  • Involvement in all strategic and operational areas - from needs analysis and planning of new positions to onboarding 

  • Cross-departmental collaboration with all relevant stakeholders 

  • Conducting assessments 

  • Creation of reports on recruiting activities 

  • Opportunity to work internationally with our Shared Service Recruiter Team (Northern, Central and Western Europe) 

Qualifications

You bring with you: 

  • At least two years of relevant experience in recruiting professionals (executives, specialists, operational/blue collar staff) 

  • Experience in the use of HR software, job portals, implementation of job placements using social media 

  • Ideally, several years of experience as an HR Administrator or HR Business Partner 

  • Fluent in German (oral and written) is a must, and business-fluent in English 

  • Another language is an advantage: Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Czech
