The Opportunity
We’re expanding our Corporate Talent Acquisition team in Chicago and are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who brings deep experience hiring insurance professionals. This is your chance to become a trusted advisor to our Broker and Underwriter teams nationwide—helping us attract, engage, and onboard the best in the business.

What will your job entail?

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers across the U.S., especially within our brokerage and underwriting functions.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake to offer, ensuring a seamless and high-touch candidate experience.
  • Build and nurture pipelines of top insurance talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Champion our employer brand and bring our values to life in every candidate interaction.
  • Drive process improvements and leverage data to inform hiring strategies and decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs and business leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals.
  • Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in both corporate and agency settings, with a strong focus on insurance roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across a variety of insurance disciplines.
  • Strong command of ATS platforms and recruitment analytics. Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications like CTAP, PHR, or LinkedIn Recruiter are a plus.

The target salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
