You will partner closely with some of the most respected leaders in real estate to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across the organization, a trusted business partner and advisor. You will help ensure that as we scale, we continue to raise the bar on performance, and culture. In addition to the duties typically expected of a high performing talent acquisition professional, you will:


  • Lead full cycle recruitment for senior, specialized, and high impact roles
  • Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor, bringing market insight and talent strategy to every hire
  • Help evolve CLV’s employer brand as a destination for exceptional talent
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top tier talent in competitive markets
  • Build strong and diverse talent pipelines aligned to CLV’s long term growth plans
  • Deliver a candidate experience that reflects CLV’s values, purpose, and commitment to community
  • Use data and outcomes to continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and impact



Who You Are

  • A proven senior recruiter with a strong track record of hiring exceptional talent
  • Highly competitive, driven, and energized by ambitious goals and high standards
  • Deeply passionate about talent acquisition as both a business and culture driver
  • Comfortable operating in fast paced, scaling environments with evolving priorities
  • Confident and credible with senior leaders, able to influence and challenge thoughtfully
  • Someone who is able to beat Juan at ping pong. : )  No joke. We need a pro, a former athlete, or someone with a strong competitive background who will laugh a lot, bring fun to our team, and help us to finally take back the table from him!

The approximate salary range for this role will depend on what you bring to the table.  Our expectations are $75,000–$100,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including market competitiveness, skills, experience, educational attainment, professional designations, internal equity, and other job related requirements. We recognize that individuals bring different skill sets, strengths, and career experiences, and we encourage candidates at all stages of their career to apply.
