Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and profile candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Conduct interviews and candidate evaluations to assess fit and capabilities.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective hiring.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the engineering or construction sectors.
- Proven track record in successfully recruiting for mid to senior-level positions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment practices, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Understanding of labor market trends and competitive hiring practices.
