Accountabilities:
- Design and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top technical and corporate talent.
- Proactively source passive candidates through multiple channels to maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive talent market research to inform hiring strategies and ensure scalability.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across all hiring channels: inbound, referrals, campus events, and agency support.
- Guide interview and selection processes to evaluate both skill and cultural fit.
- Design and recommend compensation packages that align with internal equity and job scope.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, fostering positive engagement throughout the process.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights to support hiring managers with data-driven decisions.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting company culture and strengthening the employer brand.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in both technical and corporate domains.
- Strong interest in or experience within the tech industry is a plus.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and fast-changing environments.
- Experience working in a global organization; flexibility to collaborate with overseas teams (including outside standard working hours).
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and consultative skills for providing insights to hiring managers.
