Reporting to the Director Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process for salaried positions across Canada. This position will also have accountability for the delivery of various Early Talent and Apprenticeship Programs.

Key Accountabilities
Manage and own full cycle recruitment for all functions across Canada
Collaborate and partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to set recruitment strategy and determine exact qualifications required for "best fit" for position openings
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent to the organization. Review and screen applicants, coordinate the interview process, participate in interviews, and be an active partner in the hiring decisions
Develop and maintain an ongoing network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
Hold a key role in the execution of projects and talent acquisition initiatives
Coordinate with internal and external resources to arrange for candidate assessment, travel, and background checks
Assist with the creation and delivery of Early Talent and Apprenticeship programs
Perform other special recruitment projects as assigned
Generate and maintain recruitment related reports
Provide ongoing support to plant human resources related to talent acquisition systems, processes, and vendors
Build relationships with third-party sourcing partners, Agency vendors, College/Universities, Professional Associations etc.

 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
5+ years of corporate full cycle recruitment experience Â
Experience in Campus and/or Early Talent Recruitment; knowledge of hiring cycles, best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees and external contacts at all levels, demonstrating strong influencing and negotiating skills
Must be capable of working with senior managers and working collaboratively with diverse personalities
Ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential and sensitive personnel information
Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks. Capability of working under pressure and handling stress
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database software

Hiring Range: CAD $64,393 - $92,082
Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus up to 8% of base salary subject to the plan terms and conditions.
Please note that the expected hiring range provided is derived from a group of like roles within Sofina. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, skillset of the candidate and internal equity.
