About the role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (12-month fixed-term contract) to join us in London. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering high-quality hiring outcomes across our global offices, including the UK & Ireland, North America, and APAC regions.

You will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, owning end-to-end recruitment delivery across technical and non-technical functions. The role is ideal for a recruiter who combines strong sourcing capability with structured communication, process excellence, and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

As part of our global Talent Acquisition team, you will also contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance how we attract, assess, and hire talent. This includes process optimisation, interview design, capability building, DEI initiatives, and improvements to our recruitment technology and data practices.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of global roles, from intake meetings and sourcing to screening, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Operate as a trusted partner to hiring managers, advising on hiring strategy, market trends, candidate availability, compensation insights, and assessment recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships across the UK, North America, and APAC to ensure alignment between hiring activity, workforce priorities, and business objectives.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience with timely communication, clarity, and consistency at every stage of the process.
  • Ensure up-to-date, accurate, and high-quality data within our ATS (Greenhouse), maintaining strong documentation and compliance standards.
  • Source talent using a wide range of tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, direct outreach, talent mapping, research, and talent communities.
  • Apply structured assessment methods, including competency-based interviewing, technical screening frameworks and objective evaluation tools.
  • Use recruitment analytics and dashboards to measure pipeline performance, assess funnel health, forecast risks, and inform hiring decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions, and implementing enhancements to processes, tools, and candidate experience.
  • Support or lead strategic projects, including interview process redesign, hiring manager training, global toolkit development, technology improvements, and diversity-focused initiatives.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and proactively build pipelines.
  • Represent the organisation professionally at events, careers fairs, and industry forums, contributing to employer brand visibility.
  • Share best practices with global TA colleagues and ensure consistent delivery across all regions and functions.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within FinTech, Financial Services, Technology, or other similar corporate environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent roles across functions and regions, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, global setting.
  • Strong sourcing capability with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant sourcing channels, plus an understanding of advanced search techniques, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Experience hiring across multiple regions ideally including the UK, North America, and APAC with an understanding of regional nuances and market differences.
  • High levels of accuracy, organisation, and documentation discipline when working with modern ATS systems; Greenhouse experience is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to advise senior leaders confidently and clearly.
  • Skilled at balancing quality, pace, and candidate experience, while maintaining consistent and structured processes.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret hiring metrics, track pipeline performance, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Experience contributing to recruitment process improvements, interview methodology development, assessment frameworks, or training initiatives.
  • Understanding of DEI principles and experience supporting diversity-focused recruitment efforts.
  • Strong judgement and problem-solving capability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and recommend pragmatic solutions.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and hands-on, with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering outstanding hiring experiences.
