You’ll have the opportunity to shape our recruiting infrastructure, partner with senior leaders, and make a measurable impact on how we attract and hire top talent worldwide—all while collaborating with a smart, supportive, and forward-thinking team.

This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

  • Lead operational audits to assess recruiting effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions that balance efficiency, compliance, and candidate experience.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition tools, processes, and best practices, supporting recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers through training, documentation, and guidance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, People Analytics, and IT teams to align recruiting operations with broader people systems and data strategies.
  • Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards that provide insight into TA performance, operational health, and process adoption.

  • Passion for efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement, paired with a deep commitment to creating an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
