Position Summary
As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition you will be a part of the DDAT (Data, Digital, Analytics & Technology) Talent Acquisition team where you will be recognized as a leader within Talent Acquisition. You and your team of recruiters will support the Data Science function along with our Enterprise Delivery department, which is comprised of IT Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Software Development Engineers, Agile Practice Management roles, etc. These business areas provide support across the entire CVS Health enterprise: retail, pharmacy, Aetna insurance, healthcare, etc. and you will be aligned to support each of these areas. You will partner directly with business leaders, and the business’ TA liaison to develop recruitment strategies with measurable outcomes and reporting to track progress. You will foster relationships across the business, HR, and TA. You will strive to meet and exceed our Talent Acquisition goals and objectives by driving results. You will ensure the hiring process is followed which will protect data integrity, ensure compliance practices are followed and will allow TA leadership to provide accurate reporting to data driven business leaders. Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $182,549.40
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
