We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across a variety of functions, working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to attract and secure top talent. You will have the autonomy to manage your workload and will play a key role in shaping our workforce and driving recruiting best practices. This role will be managing the salary roles for Corporate and Operations. The perfect candidate combines strategic talent acquisition experience with strong interpersonal skills, tech fluency, data driven and a proven track record in hiring quality talent efficiently.
- Candidates must be available to work standard business hours in the Eastern Time zone
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from intake to offer, ensuring a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Support the Director of Talent acquisition with organizational plans and objectives to establish recruiting requirements
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers at the Corporate and Operations Level to deeply understand role requirements and team dynamics.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent, including passive candidates.
- Resolve applicant tracking system inquiries and challenges and project-manage recruiting functions, including, but not limited to: creating manager recruiting system credential and resolving/routing technical- and recruiting-related issues to appropriate partners.
- Mobilize relationship-building tactics to amplify partnerships and build rapport with community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet site representatives.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications and culture fit.
- Coordinate interview processes and provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment life cycle.
- Manage offer negotiation and closing processes in partnership with HR and compensation teams.
- Improve organizational attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, emphasizing benefits and perks, and ensuring a timely and professional candidate experience
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, using data to inform strategies and improve processes.
- Promote employer branding and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment efforts.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving recruiting tools, programs, and standards.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state employment related requirements and laws.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A bachelorβs degree in business, psychology, or a human resources-related field preferred
- 5 years of recruiting experience in a full-cycle recruiting, staffing, or sourcing role
- Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.
- Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., parking, transportation, hospitality, healthcare).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to work Easter Time hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., iCIMS, Workday, Greenhouse, Pinpoint)
- Recruiting Experience in Canada a preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Skilled in data-driven recruiting
