The Sr. Manager, TA will manage a team within the broader Talent Acquisition team, a cohesive unit supporting related hiring groups. This role will devise and implement recruiting strategy for the team, provide leadership and guidance to members of the team, and contribute to the success of the team’s recruiting efforts, while also owning their own set of requisitions. The Sr. Manager will also contribute to broader policy and process strategies that affect the wider organization beyond their own business unit(s). This role will focus on technical hiring including software development and AI.

Base compensation ranges from $120,000.00 to $150,000.00. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.Â
