The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, based in London, will lead and professionalise recruitment across STACK EMEA, ensuring hiring is governed, commercially disciplined, and aligned with workforce planning priorities. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will act as the central point of control for all recruitment activity, combining strategic workforce planning with hands-on delivery.
You will optimise Greenhouse ATS operations, provide actionable workforce insights, support managers in building hiring capability, and manage external recruitment partners. This office-based role requires a minimum of three days per week in London and offers a rare opportunity to shape the TA function and progress into senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across STACK EMEA, combining strategic workforce planning with hands-on delivery
- Track recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve hiring quality, speed, and efficiency
- Oversee recruitment governance, approve hiring requests, and ensure alignment with workforce plans, budgets, and organisational priorities
- Translate workforce plans into actionable recruitment strategies and timelines
- Support the HR team and hiring managers in building direct hiring capability and optimising ATS use
- Manage external recruitment partners to ensure quality, speed, and cost efficiency
- Optimise Greenhouse ATS operations across EMEA, including system implementation, user adoption, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance
- Provide clear recruitment and workforce data to support executive decision-making
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting in one or more of: data centres & digital infrastructure, construction, energy & utilities, telecommunications
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, including operational management, system implementation, and integration
- Demonstrated success improving recruitment quality, speed, and efficiency, with measurable results
- Experience leading or contributing to workforce planning and capacity management.
- Skilled at producing and presenting recruitment and workforce data to support executive decision-making
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-growth, evolving environment, and willing to travel across Europe when needed
