Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Australia-Asia region to join our team in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Australia-Asia Talent Lead, the Senior Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist, will attract the best and the brightest talent to the organization. The role will enable the attraction of diverse talent and develop talent pipelines for Hatch through internships and new graduate opportunities.

As the successful candidate, you will:
You bring to the role:
You bring 3-5 years of full-cycle, high‑volume campus recruitment experience, ideally supporting engineering or technical students and graduates. You have up‑to‑date knowledge of best‑practice attraction, recruitment and selection strategies within the campus talent space, supported by a college or university degree in Human Resources or a related field. You’re confident managing large recruitment volumes in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, and you bring a continuous improvement mindset that enhances the experience of candidates, clients and recruiters alike. You have experience defining and tracking KPIs and success measures for campus program initiatives, and you’re adept at managing conflicting priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow‑through. With strong business acumen and an understanding of key drivers, you communicate exceptionally well and build rapport quickly, providing outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders. You think and operate both strategically and tactically able to see the big picture while executing the day‑to‑day alongside your team and you demonstrate a clear commitment to valuing differences and supporting diverse people and perspectives.
