Senior Analyst, HRIS and Talent Acquisition
Minimum Requirements (Education/Experience)
Associate�s degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of related experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Florida Statute 112.219 (i.e. two (2) years of direct experience for an associate�s degree). Intermediate computer skills required (i.e., ability to use email, Word, Excel, databases and other applications).
Preferred (Education/Experience)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of five (5) years of combined experience as a systems analyst or in a related field within a complex computer environment. This includes expertise in management practices, staff selection and placement, school curriculum development, employee and labor relations, legal document interpretation, and proficiency with databases and spreadsheets. Additionally, candidates should possess knowledge and skills in software development, software maintenance, systems analysis, project management, staff supervision, and staff development. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential.

We are seeking a collaborative and data-driven Senior Analyst, HRIS & Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, enhancing recruitment strategies, and using data to inform decisions that strengthen the workforce. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting talent acquisition efforts, improving HR processes, and ensuring HR systems effectively support organizational goals while prioritizing a positive experience for candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of the Frontline HRIS platform.
- Provide training and support to school-based and district administrators to ensure consistent and effective system use.
- Monitor data integrity and develop reports/analytics to inform strategic staffing decisions.
- Collaborate with HR and district leaders to align system functionality with operational needs.
- Lead and support recruitment processes using data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future staffing needs
- Serve as a central point of contact for HRIS-related questions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.
