We are in search of a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Inizio Engage. The TA Coordinator helps to keep Inizio Engage's Talent Acquisition team on track and organized.

What will you be doing?
- Create job ads for all open positions.
- Post openings on Applicant Tracking System and any Job Boards deemed necessary.
- Track all openings on a Requisition Tracker Spread sheet.
- Initiate Background ground investigations and Drug tests on candidates utilizing criteria by Client and Position.
- Ensure all Background investigations and Drug tests are completed and follow-up with Candidates and Vendor as necessary to ensure completion in a timely manner.
- Maintain Background investigation and Drug test spreadsheet.
- Escalate any Background investigations and Drug tests issues to Human Resources.
- Send out and follow-up on Offer Letters and New Hire paperwork to Candidates.
- Create New Hire folder for Candidates to contain, Resume, Employment Application, Background Investigation and Drug test results.
- Support all Talent Acquisition Team members and Hiring Managers for face-to-face interviews at Inizio Engage by preparing interview folders for candidates to contain resume and interview guides and notify front desk of Interview schedule.
- Create and maintain Independent Contractor folders to contain; Resume, Independent Contractor Agreement, W9, Confidentiality Agreement, Direct deposit form and Invoices.
- Maintain Independent Contractor Invoice tracking spreadsheet.
- Assist Field Teams with Credentialing to include obtaining necessary documentation from Human Resources, Training, and other departments as needed.
- Track all Credentialing by Employee or Contractor on a Credentialing spreadsheet to show services provided and dates.
- Work on projects as necessary as directed by Director, Talent Acquisition.
What do you need for this position?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
- 1+ years previous Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Must have stable, reliable, high speed home internet.
- Must have a designated separate home office space that is quiet and away from distractions
