If you are looking to work in an awesome company apply with us!!! We are looking for an experienced recruiter to become part of a remote-growing HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment of Apollo staff members.
- Interview, and screen candidates.
- Interact on a daily basis with hiring managers, working on candidate profile calibrations, staffing needs, candidate updates, and other recruitment topics.
- Source candidates through job boards on a daily basis to find the best talent for the team.
- Monitor daily applications.
- Manage the offer process and negotiate employment terms with candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipelines updated and provide candidate feedback.
- Work closely with the HR operations team to ensure the candidates have a seamless onboarding process.
Desired skills and requirements
- Prior experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Experience in massive recruitment. (1 year minimum)
- Background in the education industry is a plus.
- Experience in recruiting (3 years minimum).
- Native English level.
- Teamwork.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Remote Work Requirements:
- High-speed internet
- Reliable and secure equipment with a microphone and video capabilities.
- Quiet location to work, with minimum interruptions, this position will be making calls most of the time.
What we offer:
- Salary: $15,600 yearly or more based on experience.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM CST, Weekends Off.
