Your roadmap to make an impact
  • Support end-to-end recruiting processes: drafting job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews.

  • Manage candidate communication to ensure an engaging and smooth experience.

  • Conduct research on talent markets and sourcing strategies.

  • Assist in building and maintaining our talent pipeline (LinkedIn, events, referrals).

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify needs and improve selection processes.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and career page updates.

Who you are
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.

  • First practical experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or employer branding is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people.

  • Organized and proactive, with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Fluent in wirten and spoken  English and German.
