Support end-to-end recruiting processes: drafting job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews.
Manage candidate communication to ensure an engaging and smooth experience.
Conduct research on talent markets and sourcing strategies.
Assist in building and maintaining our talent pipeline (LinkedIn, events, referrals).
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify needs and improve selection processes.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and career page updates.
Who you are
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
First practical experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or employer branding is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people.
Organized and proactive, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Fluent in wirten and spoken English and German.
