The Language Doctors, a US-based linguistic company has a full-time opening for a Recruiting Specialist. The successful candidate will become a part of our dynamic recruiting team and will offer support in various recruitment efforts, making sure that only the most qualified linguists are selected to become a part of our team by screening them based on their experience, education, specializations, clearances, certifications, and the client's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers/leaders to understand their recruiting needs to create and execute an effective recruiting strategy
- Review the job description carefully to have complete clarity and understanding of the need/expectation.
- Create and manage job postings on different platforms. Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of various positions.
- Work with the recruitment team to source, screen, and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases, social media, day-to-day activities, etc., and provide a quality experience for the candidate in the end-to-end hiring process.
- Research and develop creative sourcing strategies to seek out and engage passive talent.
- Conducting video interviews and negotiating rates.
Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of experience as a Recruiter. A higher priority will be given to those candidates with experience in the Linguistics Industry.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and OneDrive.
- Native or bilingual in English.
- Ability to engage with candidates professionally through phone or video calls.
- Candidate screening skills.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
