We are seeking a proactive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build our team across healthcare, operations, admin, and support roles, while also assisting with general HR and administrative tasks. <\/div>

What You’ll Do:<\/b> <\/div>
Manage end -to -end recruitment for healthcare and non -healthcare roles (nurses, caregivers, admin staff, operations staff, etc.). <\/li>
Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a great candidate experience. <\/li>
Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and meet recruitment targets. <\/li>
Assist with onboarding, HR documentation, and employee records management. <\/li>
Support general HR tasks <\/li>
Maintain recruitment and HR records, reports, and dashboards. <\/li>
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. <\/li><\/ul>

What We’re Looking For:<\/b> <\/div><\/div>
Proven recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or service sectors. <\/li>
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and healthcare licensing (DHA, MOH, HAAD) is a plus. <\/li>
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. <\/li>
Ability to handle administrative and HR tasks efficiently. <\/li>
Self -motivated and able to work independently in a fast -paced environment. <\/li><\/ul>
