Recruiter – Talent Acquisition
 
’47 is seeking a Recruiter – Talent Acquisition to help build and shape the future of our growing brand by driving the strategy, tools, and processes that attract top talent. This role will be instrumental in establishing a scalable recruiting function while also managing full cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization, from product creation and design to operations and corporate functions.
As one of the first dedicated recruiters at ’47, you’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on recruitment, ensuring we deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to understand workforce needs, refine our employment brand, and build a pipeline of diverse and highly skilled talent.
 
Responsibilities
  • Build out scalable recruiting processes, tools, and best practices that align with ’47’s culture and growth goals.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop short- and long-term talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strengthen employer branding by highlighting ’47’s culture, values, and opportunities in the market.
  • Identify and implement recruiting technologies, systems, and reporting tools to drive efficiency and insights.
  • Manage the entire recruiting process for assigned roles, from intake meetings to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and engage top talent using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines and deliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience.
  • Team with hiring managers and coach them on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and decision-making.
  • Partner with HR to ensure seamless process from offer acceptance through onboarding.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, ensuring alignment on role requirements and market trends.
  • Deliver consistent communication to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting process.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Stay up to date on talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices to continuously evolve recruiting strategies.
  • Provide feedback on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession pipelines.
 
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in consumer goods, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates and building diverse pipelines
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building or scaling recruiting functions within a growing organization
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, succession management, and talent mapping
  • Passion for sports, lifestyle, and/or fashion brands
  • Data-driven approach to measuring and improving recruiting success
