Our main activities:
- Applications Functional Support (40%): Providing user support for standard applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Cegid and for client-specific applications
- IT Service Desk (40%): Providing Premium experience in IT support for 250 000 users of Windows, Windows 10, Office and Office 365
- BPO (20%): Externalization of business processes, back-office activities within our specialization
Job Description
What we're going to achieve together:
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process in the Belgium area;
- First contact person throughout the whole application process;
- Active search of candidates;
- Create and publish the recruitment ads;
- Screening of applicants (phone and face-to-face interviews);
- Extend the hiring offers to the eligible candidates;
- Building a database of suitable candidates;
- Provide regular updates and reports on the recruiting activities;
- Encourage the employee referral program and follow up timely on each recommendation.
Qualifications
This is the right job for you if:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or related discipline;
- Proficiency in English & Dutch or French;
- Ability to deliver results and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates;
- Forward-looking, flexibility and creativity;
- Good interpersonal and collaborative skills, ability to communicate with individuals at all levels;
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and have good organisational skills;
- Good knowledge of psychology - knowledge of human behaviour and of human performance;
- The ability to mediate, negotiate and represent;
