We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our North America team. In this role, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for professional-level position across multiple business units. This includes identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive partner who understands the value of talent as a strategic driver of business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring leaders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber, diverse talent using a mix of job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
- Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market trends, competitive intelligence, and candidate evaluation.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by communicating clearly, professionally, and with empathy throughout the process.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring process, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, employment laws, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on professional roles.
- Proven success sourcing and attracting talent across North America.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with Workday is a plus.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Passion for creating inclusive hiring practices and attracting diverse talent.

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $59,700.00 - $89,500.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
