Your tasks:
- Inspire: You identify potential employees and engage them with individual and appreciative approaches to join our evoila team. You primarily use active sourcing to directly approach talent.
- Networking: You build a talent pool and a strategic network, maintain them, and regularly screen them for potential employees.
- Driving forward: You validate recruiting trends in the IT sector and manage needs- and target group-specific recruiting measures.
- Consulting: You will independently support our departments with regard to all questions relating to personnel recruitment.
- Appreciate: You accompany our applicants on their candidate journey and ensure that each and every one of them feels welcome and well looked after.
What you should bring:
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics, social sciences or a comparable subject
- You already have extensive experience in active sourcing, preferably in the IT sector
- You are characterized by a professional appearance, teamwork skills and a high degree of initiative
- You have a service mentality, perseverance and sensitivity
- You are an open and communicative personality
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
