Tasks:

• Independently drafting, designing, and implementing job postings
• Advising business units and conducting interviews to clarify job requirements
• Identifying and selecting qualified candidates (m/f/d)
• Conducting telephone pre-screening (pre-checks) and evaluating candidate suitability
• Conducting digital and in-person interviews and preparing reports
• Supporting and initiating local employer branding initiatives
  

Requirements:

• A successfully completed degree in a business-related field or completed vocational training in business
• Relevant professional experience in the desired field
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS Office (with hyphens)
• Communicative and team-oriented (capitalized at the beginning, as this is a bulleted list)
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
