Role Overview

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this standalone Talent Acquisition Business Partner role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of professional roles within different business units. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to stakeholder engagement, offer management, and onboarding — all while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

You’ll also play a key role in enhancing TA systems and processes, supporting the transition from PageUp to SuccessFactors, and embedding best-practice recruitment across the business. Responsibilities

  • Lead candidate engagement with timely communication and a positive experience at every touchpoint
  • Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners to understand and meet hiring needs
  • Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across diverse professional roles, maintaining quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and drive effective selection processes
  • Analyse recruitment data to continuously improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate diversity metrics
  • Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline by identifying and nurturing relationships with high-potential candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Champion customer excellence by setting clear expectations, delivering on promises, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction

Candidate Profile

You are a proactive and collaborative Talent Acquisition professional with proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse white-collar roles. You bring strong business partnering skills, confidently engaging with internal stakeholders and external candidates to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience. Adaptable and motivated, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships ensure you influence hiring managers and contribute strategically to workforce planning. Experience in employer branding and storytelling, combined with a genuine commitment to culture and candidate engagement, will set you apart in this role.
