Sauce is looking for a Recruiting Specialist with a track record of sourcing high-level talent across Europe. You’ll own the recruitment process for our Tech/R&D hiring in Europe, working directly with leaders to fill crucial roles while also taking on light HR responsibilities to support broader People initiatives. Some roles outside Tech/R&D may be required.
You will report directly to the Head of People at Sauce.
The schedule for this position is flexible, Monday to Friday with standard local working hours.
What You'll Do:
- A majority of the tasks and responsibilities will be focused on Recruiting, but as the needs of the business fluctuate, HR tasks may be assigned.
Recruiting (80%):-
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for R&D, Product, and other roles, from defining job requirements to offer negotiations. Drive a seamless experience, aiming to reduce the time-to-fill by 20% across roles.

Strategic Sourcing: Develop sourcing strategies tailored to European talent markets, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, social media, and external partners. Build a talent pipeline with a 50% passive candidate engagement rate.

Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Tech and R&D leaders, conducting regular hiring strategy sessions to forecast hiring needs.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a top-tier candidate experience by providing transparent communication, personalized feedback, and a structured interview process with a target satisfaction score above 90%.

Data-Driven Recruiting: Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and interview-to-offer ratios, presenting monthly reports to the Head of People.

Pipeline Nurturing: Implement strategies to maintain relationships with high-potential candidates, ensuring Sauce has a pre-qualified pool ready for future openings.

Recruitment Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content showcasing Sauce’s culture, diversity, and growth opportunities, driving an increase in quality inbound applications.
HR & People Support (20%):-
Onboarding & Integration: Assist with refining onboarding programs, ensuring new hires achieve full productivity within their first 60 days. Coordinate with department leads to tailor onboarding to each role's requirements.

HRIS Management: Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring accurate employee data and supporting reporting for workforce planning.

Employee Engagement: Collaborate on engagement strategies such as pulse surveys and in-market activities, aiming to increase employee satisfaction scores by 15%.

Talent Development: Identify skill gaps and assist with creating training initiatives, improving retention rates and fostering internal career growth.

Policy Implementation: Support the Head of People in implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws in the different European markets.
What You Bring:
- Based in Europe, ideally in Portugal, Poland, or Romania, but open to other remote markets (Israel-based candidates welcome)
- 3+ years experience in Recruiting, Sourcing, or People Ops (as an in-house recruiter, NO agency recruiters!)
- Proven success in building diverse talent pipelines and reducing time-to-fill for key positions.
- HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HRIS (e.g., Rippling), ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), and employee engagement strategies
- Ability to work autonomously, in alignment with Sauce’s hiring goals.
- Previous experience with various interviewing methods (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Strong decision-making skills
- Fluent English proficiency and strong communication skills required!
