Monarch Staffing, a Certified Women-Owned staffing firm, is seeking a Part-Time Talent Acquisition & Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, people-focused environment. This role will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment team, managing compliance requirements, and ensuring smooth onboarding for our clients and candidates.Β This is a remote position with occasional on-site meetings and events.
Act as a liaison between the recruitment team, candidates, and clients to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Manage employment compliance documentation, including I-9s and other onboarding requirements.
Support HR processes such as onboarding, employee records management, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Utilize technology tools and systems to streamline workflows, track compliance, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal team members to support client staffing needs and enhance candidate experience.
Previous experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a compliance-related role preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive documentation and deadlines.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and navigate HR and compliance platforms quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability.
