At Emarat, we believe that our people are our greatest strength. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to join our Human Capital team and help us attract, engage, and onboard top talent that aligns with our values and ambitions.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers across the business, build strong relationships with recruitment partners and educational institutions, and represent Emarat at career fairs and employer branding initiatives. You’ll also play a vital role in maintaining accurate recruitment data, supporting internship programs, and ensuring all compliance, visa, and pre-boarding requirements are met.
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Only UAE Nationals will be considered for this role.
