Manager, Talent Acquisition & Human Resources - onsite in the Greater Chicago area
Greenfield TalentMedPro is building its first fully unified Talent function — and this role is the architect. As the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Human Resources, you will design and lead a modern people‑operations engine that supports a company in the middle of major transformation. This includes AI‑driven automation, new systems, new business lines, and future acquisitions.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can build structure where none exists, partner directly with senior executives, and create a stable, scalable talent foundation for a fast‑moving organization.
What This Role Is Really About

Build the entire Talent Acquisition function from the ground up
-
Serve as the primary HR partner to the President, COO, CEO, and leadership team

-
Formalize HR processes that have never been centralized
-
Support teams through automation, system migrations, and future acquisitions
