  - Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles (clinical, allied health, leadership).

  - Lead employer brand initiatives and targeted outreach campaigns to increase Mosaic Health’s visibility in key talent markets.

- Team Leadership & Engagement

  - Manage, coach, and develop TA specialists and sourcers; set clear goals, conduct regular 1:1s, and run effective team meetings.

  - Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, collaboration, and high morale.

  - Establish performance metrics, provide feedback, and implement career development plans for direct reports.

  - Partner with HRIS/People Ops to optimize ATS configuration, reporting, and integrations.

- Client Partnering & Stakeholder Experience

  - Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers — provide workforce planning support, market intelligence, role design guidance, and hiring strategy consultation.

  - Design and deliver manager training on interviewing, selection, and inclusive hiring practices.

  - Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with hiring managers and candidates; manage escalations and resolve hiring blockers swiftly.

- Compliance & Candidate Experience

  - Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and internal policies.

  - Champion an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding; measure and improve candidate satisfaction.

Success Measures / KPIs

- Reduced time-to-fill for priority roles (target % improvement within 12 months)

- Increased candidate pipeline depth for hard-to-fill positions

- Improved hiring manager satisfaction scores

- Increased diversity of hires and quality-of-hire metrics

- TA team engagement and retention rates

Qualifications

- 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a people-leadership role (healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred).

- Demonstrated success building proactive sourcing programs and talent pipelines.

- Strong operational experience optimizing recruiting processes and leveraging Workday Recruiting with a focus in recruitment analytics.

- Excellent coaching, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

- Solid understanding of clinical and allied health hiring landscapes (preferred).

- Proficiency with major ATS platforms and sourcing tools; comfort with data and reporting.

- BA/BS required; relevant HR/recruiting certifications (e.g., SHRM, AIRS) a plus.

Competencies & Personal Attributes

- Collaborative partner who builds trust with hiring leaders.

- Results-oriented, metrics-driven, and organized.
