Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience supporting both high-volume and specialized operations hiring, including Distribution Center Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain & Transportation (frontline leadership and technical) roles.
Expertise in developing and executing data-driven sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, with a demonstrated focus on building diverse talent pipelines.
Experience managing high-volume recruiting demands while maintaining candidate quality, using funnel metrics, sourcing analytics, and pipeline conversion data to drive results.
High proficiency in recruiting data reporting and analysis, including monitoring pipeline velocity, source effectiveness, and candidate quality to inform sourcing strategy and stakeholder updates.
Experience using Workday Recruiting and Phenom CRM to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, approvals, pipelines, and recruitment reporting.
