Service, collaboration, and being a steward of HR data are key contributions for the Talent Acquisition Department and organization. This position is an operational leader responsible for execution and delivery of services, managing projects, building and presenting analytics, and maintaining internal and external relationships.
This leader with HR leaders and colleagues, University SOM/Campus, and the Academic HR Department. This position supervises Talent Acquisition Recruiters, Internal Mobility Center Specialists, and Recruiter Specialists, and assists the director as needed for all other staff.
Responsibilities also include evaluating proposed talent acquisition data structures for efficiency and accuracy, driving recruitment advancements, learning about and recommending appropriate applications, recommendations to leaders, applicants and HR peers, and leading change. This role will drive operations and analytics forward.
System applications and capabilities include PeopleSoft, iCIMS applicant tracking, License Tracker, etc., and vendor data management. This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.
