A vacancy exists in the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Division, Office of Human Resources.

Under general supervision, oversees and performs advanced professional human resources administration work in all aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition functions including developing recruitment strategies, talent sourcing, reviewing and evaluation of candidates, screening, developing interviewing panels, talent acquisition and assisting departments with the selection of candidates for employment.
Essential Functions
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources administration, business or public administration, or psychology; plus four years' professional experience in human resources administration.
(Experience in human resources administration may be substituted on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of four years for the required education. Education beyond a bachelor's degree in human resources administration, business or public administration, psychology, or law may be substituted on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of two years for the required experience.)
Must hold and maintain a current HR Certification through HR professional organizations including but not limited to, Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Human Capital Institute (HCI) and The Public Sector HR Association (PSHRA) within 6 months of employment.

The work of this classification is essentially sedentary. Some positions may involve occasional travel between work sites.
